PATHWAYS PERSONAL FITNESS & COACHING
Fitness is a journey...
Where will your path take you?
Trainer & Coach: Merilea Osterlund
Your journey through life encompasses many things. Personal health and fitness is just one aspect, but it often influences our ability to get out and enjoy all that God has created.
Pathways Personal Fitness and Coaching was born out of a desire to help others develop the fitness and wellness needed to enjoy life's adventures. Everyone's path is different and I strive to create training plans that work with you individually. There are lots of fitness programs available on the market today, but many are predetermined cookie-cutter programs that promise results on unrealistic timelines and aren't designed to address your specific needs.
I want to help you establish and reach personal goals in a safe and healthy manner. Whether it's being able to go for a hike, competing in an endurance event, or creating healthy eating patterns, let me be your trainer and coach throughout the journey.
